There's no password. Enter your phone number and we'll text you a 6-digit code, which is good for 10 minutes.

No code? Check the number you typed, then use Send another code after the 30 second wait. Codes can take a minute to arrive.

Use the same number you book classes with. That's how your bookings and stamps find you.

Bookings are matched by phone number. If you booked with a different number than the one you signed in with, they won't appear. Sign in with the number you gave at checkout.

You earn a stamp for every class you attend. It arrives once the class has finished, not the moment you book, so give it until later the same day.

Still missing a day or two after a class? Message us and we'll add it. Tap any stamp to attach a photo from that day.

Turn them on under the You tab. We use them for new pop-ups, waitlist spots opening up, and stamps you've earned.

If you turned them down once, iOS won't ask again. Go to your phone's Settings, find Grounded Studios, and switch Notifications back on.

All sales are final and we don't offer refunds. Can't make it? You're welcome to send a friend in your place. Message us if you need a hand sorting it.

When a class is full you can join its waitlist. If a spot opens up we notify everyone waiting, so grab it quickly.

Open the You tab and tap Delete my account.

That permanently erases your profile, passport stamps, any photos you added, your waitlist spots, and stops all texts and notifications. It can't be undone.
